For complimentary samples, the courier fee will be the buyer's responsibility. If a customized sample is required, a fee will be charged according to the technical specifications. Should an order of a certain volume be placed, the sample fee may be refunded. The sample delivery typically takes 2 to 7 working days, ensuring prompt evaluation.

5, What is your aftersales policy?
- Upon receiving your shipment, please inspect all cartons.
Should you discover any breakage or defects, kindly capture images directly from the original cartons. The claim must be presented within 15 working days following the container's discharge. This is based on the container's arrival date.
